ICAD #35 has a little story to tell. I tore off a piece from an old magazine article to use as part of the background. When I turned it over to glue it down, I noticed "Oh! Doctor" which you Keaton fans will recognize as one of the Comique short film titles. The puncutation is off a little, but still the same title. Quite serendipitous, I'd say.
